Headwear is visable everywhere. With the advent of CoVid19 Zoom meetings became quite the norm. Hats were the new advertising front as they are clearly visable. There are a variety of ways to decorate a hat. From using a dimensional product to ink to heat transfer vinyl, there are many options.
The new trend is emblems containing logos and is so incredibly cool you have to check them out! I have put some pictures to give you a sense of what is involved. These are great for pressure sentitive applications as well. I have had one on my bumper for over a year with no degradation. Please check the Patches & Logos menu for more information.
When it comes to clothing you can get really interesting results. From full color DTF (direct to film) and HTV (heat transfer vinyle) to plastisol ink (screen print), the sky is the limit. HTV isn’t your 1900’s iron-ons, they have been wash tested to over 50 cycles. Notabley they dont crack and allow really cool effects, like reflections, metal, holgraphic etc. That makes htv you “goto” when that is you desired look or
doing a shorter run that requires a single or maybe two colors Screen printing is good for a few colors but gets very expensive and requires high minimums to make it a cost effective option. When you go with more colors or even full color, thats when DTF is the best option, in the picture. I can do short runs at very reasonable prices. HTV is where you go when you want the hip cool reflective metal look.
